Eligibility & Potential Fees:

• Enjoy a 15-day window for returns from the date you received all items in your order.
• Ensure your return package is mailed within 14 days from the date we sent return instructions.
• Items must be unworn, in original condition, with packaging and tags intact. No refunds for washed or altered items.
• Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable; however, we cover return shipping for quality issues or order problems.

How to Start a Return:

• Email us at support@Goosudu.com with your return request and reason.
• Expect detailed return instructions within 6 hours.
• Note: Unrequested returns won't be accepted.

Shipping the Item(s) Back:

• Initiate a return request by contacting us. Detailed return instructions will follow within 6 hours.
• Pack items with original packaging, including a slip with your order number.
• Choose the most affordable shipping method with a tracking number.
• Inform us of the tracking number for a smooth follow-up upon receipt.

Where is My Refund?

• After processing your return and receiving items, anticipate a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
• Original shipping fees remain non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• To start an exchange, email support@Goosudu.com. Detailed instructions will be provided within 6 hours.

Items Not Accepted for Return:

• Swimwear, costumes, bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies.
• Items with broken hygiene seals, final sale items, made-to-order, and custom-made items.
• Other non-returnable items include beauty products, pet supplies, and items with non-returnable marks or free gifts.

Additional Important Information:

• Expedited shipping time cannot be guaranteed during the holiday season.
• Ship returns to the address on the provided shipping label, not the sender's address on the package.
• Ensure non-Goosudu items aren't included in your return package.
• Personal reasons won't qualify express shipping fee refunds.
• Holiday-related items won't be refunded due to late arrival; purchase at least 20 days before the holiday.
• Order cancellations must be requested before shipping; once shipped, cancellations won't be granted.

Size Information:

• Our sizes are based on US standards, and variations may occur due to production locations.
• Conversions to US sizes are made uniformly.
